FAQs
- Please allow approximately 3-5 days for your package to ship.
- All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA and transit time may vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your items ship.
- After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can determine if you are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit.
- We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.shopbarquita.com
- Please contact us at hello@shopbarquita.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.
- We suggest you insure the return package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.
- Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.
- For returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with protective guards and hang tags untouched/still attached.
- Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
- You are responsible for all return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be provided to you in the original form of payment or gift card.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Gift cards or store credits are non-returnable.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
- Specify the exchange item in your email and send hello@shopbarquita.com. Please also include this information in your return package.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
- Exchange shipping is included for domestic orders only.

At Barquita, we care about the quality of our clothing and work to create the highest quality products for you to wear and enjoy. In order to ensure your suits stay looking and feeling their best, rinse with cool water after each wear and lay flat to dry. Gently spot treat stains. Our general rule to keep garments looking great is RINSE, REPEAT, ENJOY!
